Medication Safety

The pharmacy follows procedures for prescription review, medicine identification, expiry-date checks, storage-temperature monitoring, controlled medicines, and high-alert medications.

Information for Patients

When collecting medicine, provide the prescription and tell pharmacy staff about allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, other medicines, or supplements. Ask for clarification if you are unsure how or when to take a medication.

Do not share prescription medicines with another person, and store all medication according to the instructions on the label or from the pharmacist.
