Preparing for Admission

Patients should bring identification, available medical records, a current medication list, and essential personal items. Please leave valuables at home whenever possible.

During admission, the care team will explain ward routines, treatment plans, visiting arrangements, and any preparation required for tests or procedures.

Discharge and Recovery

Before discharge, patients receive guidance on medications, wound care where applicable, activity, diet, warning signs, and follow-up appointments. Ask the care team to clarify any instruction that is not fully understood.
